Re-imagine your path to wellness

Your journey to vitality follows Tiana’s three-step approach:

Step 1: The Initial Meeting
In our first session, I’ll conduct a thorough assessment of your body and take the time to understand your experiences with movement—both the successes and the challenges. This is an opportunity for me to get to know your unique lifestyle. In the following visits, I’ll guide you in understanding how you currently move, identify compensation patterns, and introduce strategies to reduce tension and enhance your daily movement. Everything will be tailored to what works best for you.

Step 2: Building Commitment
Motivation often comes naturally at the start, but staying committed can be tougher, especially when it involves adjusting an already well-structured daily routine. I’ll work alongside you to discover practical, effective ways to make these changes easier, ensuring they fit seamlessly into your life. Together, we'll create a plan that not only inspires motivation but also strengthens long-term commitment.

Step 3: Learn, Challenge, Progress
As we continue working together, I’ll guide you through progressive movements and provide tools that help you gain greater autonomy over your body. You’ll learn to recognize and manage your own movement patterns, while we design exercise plans specifically aimed at your goals, whether it’s improving performance or rehabilitation. Remember, patience is key during this phase—lasting progress requires time and steady effort, but the results are always worth it.
