My Two Cents… on YouTube

How do you carve out time to reflect, renew, and create?

For some, it might mean taking a much-needed vacation, stepping away from work and daily responsibilities. As wonderful as that sounds, it’s not always a realistic option.

Our lives filled with responsibilities - family, work, pets, commitments - tether us closer to home. Reflection does not always require a far off destination. It can be as simple as taking a mindful walk, sitting in a quiet room to collect your thoughts, or setting aside small moments for yourself amidst the busy-ness of life.

The process of renewal with reflection can take days, weeks, or even months. Like many of us, for me, it has been a journey of evolution—and I’m excited to share some of the ways this has unfolded.

I’m thrilled to say my hamstring is completely healed (for anyone reading this for the first time, I had an 80-90% tendon tear in January) With this renewed strength and excitement to share new insights and research, I am starting an in-person fascia class at Hillcrest Country Club in Los Angeles. I’ve also just launched a more regular presence online, with weekly content on Instagram and full-length videos on YouTube.

On YouTube, I’m diving into topics that are close to my heart:

  • Fascia and mobility

  • Power and strength, especially for women

  • Training through menopause

  • Movement independence

  • Aging without pain

These videos are designed to inspire and educate, addressing questions and concerns across various demographics. You can find my YouTube channel here where I will post new content weekly on Wednesday evenings.

The photo above was taken at the salt flats in Death Valley during a short but unforgettable 36-hour trip with my brother. We hiked, reflected, and immersed ourselves in the serene stillness and beauty of the desert. The quiet of that space gave me clarity and inspiration—a reminder of the importance of finding those moments to pause and reconnect with yourself.

Booking time away can be challenging, but I’ve never regretted the experiences that leave me feeling renewed and ready to take on my next steps with clarity and creativity.

I hope you find value in the content I share, and I’d love for you to join me on this journey.

Warmly,

Tiana
